New York Film Academy
NYFA is one of the best film school in New York. Students at New York Film Academy write, direct and edit their own films. In addition to directing their own films, students are required to rotate among principal production positions. The NYFA has two facilities in Manhattan: our head quaters overlooking Union Square Park on Park Avenue, and a second facility located in the heart of SoHo at Prince Street and Broadway. The Academy is easily accessible to the rest of the city. The film academy's one and two year conservatory programs and short term workshops have an open enrollment. Faculty is comprised of experienced instructors and professional filmmakers.
Studio 54 was a notable disco in the 70s and early 80s. Studio 54 was originally a New York City Broadway theatre, then a CBS radio and television studio. In the 1970s it became a busy discothèque located at 254 West 54th Street in Manhattan.
The club opened on April 26, 1977 and closed in March 1986. Since 1998, it has been a venue for the Roundabout Theatre Company.
