There are several films currently filming in New York that include “What is Life Worth” starring Michael Keaton, Stanley Tucci and Amy Ryan, a film that follows a Washington attorney battling against cynicism, bureaucracy and politics to help the victims of 9/11 with locations 43rd Street and 6th Avenue; Jennifer Lopez continues her work on the drama, “Hustlers”, due for release in September 2019, with locations including West 52nd Street and 11th Avenue, Old Slip and Water Street, East 55th Street and 1st Avenue, and the corner of Sullivan Street and Prince Street. Other films set for production include “Holiday Rush” starring Sonequa Martin-Green and Tamala Jones; “Living With Yourself” starring Paul Rudd, and “Gemini Man” starring Will Smith.

And finally, it looks like New York will once again miss out on playing host to the forthcoming James Bond film, which sees Daniel Craig reprise his role as 007 alongside familiar faces; Ralph Fiennes as M, the head of MI6 and Bond's superior officer, Naomie Harris as Eve Moneypenny, a former agent who left the field to become M's assistant, Ben Whishaw as Q, the MI6 quartermaster who outfits Bond with equipment for use in the field, Jeffrey Wright as Felix Leiter, Bond's friend and a CIA field officer, and Léa Seydoux as Dr. Madeleine Swann, a psychiatrist who assisted Bond on a previous mission.

Rami Malek has now been confirmed as the film's main antagonist, whilst Ana de Armas, who was previously seen in New York-based film “Exposed”, Dali Benssalah, Lashana Lynch and Billy Magnussen have been cast in unspecified roles. As reported by IMDB, the film’s plot sees James Bond having left active service and now living in Jamaica. Other filming locations for Bond 25 include Langvann in Norway, Basilicata in Italy and London, England.
