As twenty eighteen nears its end, otsoNY takes a brief look back over a troublesome year.

Though the year started positively with a handful of new films added and news stories about joining the Social Media tend, one thing that halted production for over eight months was the uncertainty in regards to hosting the website. With rising costs and time limitations, otsoNY spent most of the year inactive. An appeal for financial help was successful and otsoNY would like to thank those of you who kindly donated money to keep the website online for another twelve months. Upon the confirmation that otsoNY would continue, a flurry of news stories and new films were added on an almost daily basis to the point that in November, otsoNY celebrated posting the 1300th film.

As always, otsoNY would like to thank all visitors to the website and their feedback as well as comments, and to those who have offered help find those all important missing locations. Next year, otsoNY will continue to add new film locations, news stories and hopefully celebrate 10 years online, but to finish this year, a revisit of the 1995 action film, “Die Hard With a Vengeance” starring Bruce Willis and Samuel L Jackson.
