This weekend, Gone Girl joined the Coming Soon section to otsoNY.

The film has been a huge success at the Box Office and although the majority of the film is shot in Cape Girardeau and Southern Illinois, there are a couple of scenes in New York City.

Gone Girl is a mystery thriller which stars Ben Affleck as Nike Dunne. On the occasion of his fifth wedding anniversary, Nick reports that his wife, Amy played by the very talented Rosamund Pike, has gone missing. Under pressure from the police and a growing media frenzy, Nick's portrait of a blissful union begins to crumble. Soon his lies, deceits and strange behavior have everyone asking the same dark question: Did Nick Dunne kill his wife?

In her first major movie role, model Emily Ratajkowski play’s the role of Andie, a college student who Ben Affleck‘s character has an affair with. Ratajkowski is best known as the model at the center of Robin Thicke's “Blurred Lines” video.

Emily Ratajkowski was born in London, and is the daughter of American parents, Kathleen, a professor, and John David Ratajkowski, a painter. Her father is of Polish and Irish descent, and her mother is of Polish Jewish descent on one side, and Irish-German descent on the other. Emily traveled a lot and spent most of her childhood in Ireland and Mallorca. She started modeling at 14-years-old and was signed by "Ford Models". She continued to attend school but, after one year at UCLA, majoring in Fine Art, she decided to concentrate on becoming a model. After shootings with Tony Duran, she became recognized as a fashion model. Later, she was on the cover of "GQ Turkey" and appeared in Robin Thicke's music video, "Blurred Lines". As an actress, she is best known for her role as "Tasha" from the "Nickelodeon" series, iCarly (2007).

Gone Girl film locations will be available in early 2015 following the release of the DVD.
