As otsoNY prepares to celebrate 7 years online next month, a brand new and shorter web address (URL) www.otsony.com has been launched this week to coincide with the posting of two new films; How to be Single and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows starring Megan Fox.

The old web address www.onthesetofnewyork.com will continue to work and there are no plans to stop using the address. A redesign of the website is currently in discussion, though nothing is expected to change until next year. One development in the pipeline is the association with the website PopSpots, which showcases street locations in New York City which have been featured on album covers, and is expected to be ready in late November.

The interest in film locations and New York City as a whole has shown in the record number of visitors to otsoNY this year, even though there have been fewer updates and new films added than any other year.
