As otsoNY prepares to post the film locations for the romantic comedy, Second Act next month, there is just enough time to take a look back to October 2017 whilst the film was in production and its two leading actresses Jennifer Lopez and Vanessa Hudgens opting for comfort foot-fashion.

It is not uncommon for actresses to swap their high-heels for more comfortable footwear during breaks in films, and on occasion when rehearsing a scene. In the past, Sandra Bullock did the same thing whilst researching the final scene from Two Weeks Notice, which required her to run along East 83rd Street.

Second Act was directed by Peter Segal and written by Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Justin Zackham. Besides Lopez and Hudgens, it starred Leah Remini, Treat Williams and Milo Ventimiglia, and followed a woman in her 40s pursuing a second chance at a corporate career, after a friend created her a fake resume and credentials. Though the film received mixed reviews from critics, it still managed to gross over $72 million worldwide.
