otsoNY Comments: The apartment building at number 43 on 5th Avenue was only used for exterior and doorway shots. The same property was used in for the films, “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” and “Please Give”.

The elegant apartment building was constructed in 1903 and comes complete with 10.5 foot ceilings, bay windows, living room, dining room, double-sized kitchen and bedrooms. With four exposures, the apartment building is flooded all day long with marvellous sunlight, and a breathtaking view west of the steeple of First Presbyterian Church.
