The Thin Man Goes Home (1945)
Nick (William Powell) and Nora (Myrna Loy) head to Nick's hometown of Sycamore Springs to spend some time with his parents. His father, a prominent local physician, was always a bit disappointed with Nick's choice of profession in particular and his lifestyle in general. With Nick's arrival however the towns folk, including several of the local criminal element, are convinced that he must be there on a case despite his protestations that he's just there for rest and relaxation. When someone is shot dead on his doorstep however, Nick finds himself working on a case whether he wants to or not.
otsoNY Comments: Movies lovers of the 1940's will notice the MGM version of Grand Central Terminal.

Thank you for visiting otsoNY, a free service since 2009. We have lots of ideas to help increase the awareness of the website as well as development new features such a Virtual Tour Guide, a Film Location App for your mobile and a otsoNY Hardback Book, but none of this is possible without financial backing. Our overhead costs such as hosting, server space and support maintenance have also increased over the years and otsoNY is now at risk of shutting down without financial help. Any donations are much appreciated to keep otsoNY online.
