21 Bridges (2019)

Last Updated: June 2023

Thrust into a citywide manhunt for a duo of cop killers, NYPD detective Andre Davis (Chadwick Boseman) begins to uncover a massive conspiracy that links his fellow police officers to a criminal empire and must decide who he is hunting and who is actually hunting him. During the manhunt, Manhattan is completely locked down for the first time in its history - no exit or entry to the island including all 21 bridges.

otsoNY Comments: It is not uncommon for New York-based movies to have been filmed in other US cities, and this was the case for 21 Bridges. There were several scenes shot in Philadelphia, of which included Chinatown, the Brasil Nightclub at 112 Chestnut Street, Kissin Fresh Meats at 140 Richmond Street, and Fern Rock Transportation Center Station.
