Following the intersecting lives of three Nuyorican sisters—Daisy (Liza Colón-Zayas), Ida (Elizabeth Rodriguez), and Titi (Daphne Rubin-Vega)—as they navigate love, loss, and responsibility while living under the same roof. Bound by family loyalty but divided by unresolved resentments, the sisters struggle to balance their personal dreams with the demands of caregiving and survival in a city that never slows down. At the centre of their shared life is their ailing father, whose declining health forces the women to confront long-buried tensions and differing views on duty, independence, and sacrifice. Daisy shoulders much of the emotional and practical burden, while Ida wrestles with unfulfilled ambitions and a troubled romantic life, and Titi searches for stability and meaning amid her own disappointments.
