Natalie (Rebel Wilson) is a New York architect who works hard to get noticed at her job, but is more likely to deliver coffee and bagels than design the city's next skyscraper. Things go from bad to weird when she gets knocked unconscious during a subway mugging and magically wakes up to find herself in an alternate universe. Always cynical about love, Natalie's worst nightmare soon comes true when she suddenly discovers that she's playing the leading lady in a real-life romantic comedy. |

otsoNY Comments: Though it seems that Rebel Wilson's character Natalie is exiting a police station, this building is in fact the John Melser Charrette School at 490 Hudson Street. The film uses the side entrance on Grove Street.

otsoNY Comments: Note as the characters cross the street, the Friends apartment building fromn the popular TV show can be seen in distance.

otsoNY Comments: The overhead bridge between the buildings is situated on East 24th Street between Madison Avenue and Park Avenue. As the camera pans down from the bridge, digital special effects have been used to make the narrow street look more like a wide avenue with the Empire State and Chrysler buildings in the distance.
