otsoNY Comments: In this scene, Lopez is seen running in the opposite direction and on the other side of Roosevelt Avenue, but still across from 60th Street in Queens.

|

otsoNY Comments: This was the first film to have used One World Trade Center as a filmset.

otsoNY Comments: This film is loosely based on the classic 80s film, Working Girl, which starred Harrison Ford and Melanie Griffith, whose character takes revenge on her boss and pretends to be the boss of her company, initiating a major deal with an investment broker.

otsoNY Comments: Although it looks like the characters of the film are standing outside Justin's Deli, it is in fact a charming Greek restaurant charming with a patio for grilled seafood & other Greek island-inspired fare.

otsoNY Comments: The subway station may have been a set constructed at Silvercup Studios in New York.

otsoNY Comments: Wooster Street is a street in SoHo, Manhattan and Greenwich Village that runs south to north from Canal Street to Washington Square. It is a prime location for on-location filming and photo shoots due to its relatively low traffic, and the flagstone sidewalks and cobblestone street give it an old gritty feel.

|

otsoNY Comments: Notice that Maya's new apartment is nextdoor to her new business venture premises, which although she hasn't at this stage considered renting for her online shopping business, has already been upgraded and decorated.

|

otsoNY Comments: This actual venue is Salt Studios and normally used by professional photographers and famous brands such as GAP, H&M, Zara, Nike, ELLE, Glamour, Apple and Calvin Klein.

|

otsoNY Comments: Although this scene is supposed to represent London, England, it was in fact shot in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with the use of green screen technology. A typical English style pub was inserted into the background, and in most cases would have looked fine if the filmmakers hadn't chosen a name such as The Earls Court Tavern, as in the next clip, the famous Big Ben is seen, which is situated in Westminster and nowhere near Earls Court.

otsoNY Comments: This actual venue is called Kill Devil House of Dark Spirits and is located at the corner of Bedford Avenue and Grand Street in Brooklyn.
