Somebody Killed Her Husband (1978)

Jerry Green (Jeff Bridges) is a department store clerk who dreams of becoming a famous writer of children's books. He is having an affair with Jenny Moore (Farrah Fawcett) a lovely patron of the store. The trouble begins when the lovers find that her husband, a pair of neighbours and a bogus detective have been murdered. The lovers decide to solve the case themselves.

Although several accounts have Monroe and Miller being married in her 2 Sutton Place South apartment, the couple was wed at the Westchester County Courthouse in White Plains, New York on June 29, 1956.
