Leigh (Kristen Bell) is a former valedictorian quits her reporter job in New York and returns to the place she last felt happy: her childhood home in Connecticut. She gets work as a lifeguard and starts a dangerous relationship with a troubled teenager.

otsoNY Comments: A brief bit of trivia about this film. Kristen Bell's character Leigh receives a postcard that is addressed to her at 433 East 31st Street in New York City. That address no longer exists. The entire neighbourhood was cleared in 1945 to make room for the New York University Medical Center, which occupies that spot to this day.
